This Notice announces the BCSC’s non-objection to amendments to New SRO’s Investment Dealer and Partially Consolidated Rule 5600. The amendment will allow investment dealers to benefit from reduced margin for OTC derivatives positions that are partially offset by other OTC derivatives or securities positions without increasing overall risk.
