Requesting Access to Personal Information

If you would like to request access to our records containing your personal information, you can send us an electronic request. Describe the records as carefully and specifically as possible.

A non-refundable application fee of $10 is applied to all general FOI requests. This fee does not apply to a request for the applicant's own personal information, for which there is no application fee.

Appeals

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your personal information or a privacy decision, you may ask the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner to review or investigate our actions.
