We recently became aware that BTCExch promoted an initial coin offering (ICO) of BEX Tokens and offered its members an AI Bot trading service.

We also became aware that BTCExch accepted British Columbia (BC) residents as members.

Cryptocurrencies are a subset of digital currencies. Cryptocurrencies are not fiat currencies. In certain circumstances, cryptocurrencies may be considered to be securities or derivatives under the securities legislation in BC, and trading in or advising on them may require registration in BC.

BTCExch is not registered to trade in, or advise on, securities or derivatives in BC, and has not filed a prospectus or an exempt distribution report in BC.
