Background:

The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (the CNV) issued a warning, on July 13, 2011, about Offshore Trading Company, which is also known as Offshore Trading Inc. (Offshore Trading).  In its warning, the CNV said that Offshore Trading is not authorized to carry out business as a financial intermediary in or from the Republic of Panama.

Offshore Trading is not registered in British Columbia to trade in, or advise on, securities and exchange contracts.
 
 We urge British Columbia residents to exercise extreme caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in British Columbia.
