The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) of Quebec issued a press release, on May 17, 2011, cautioning Quebec investors about solicitations made by International Youtrade Investments MA Ltd. (Youtrade MA) and You Trade Holdings Limited (You Trade).
Youtrade MA and You Trade are not registered in British Columbia to trade in, or advise on, securities and exchange contracts.
We urge British Columbia residents to exercise caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in British Columbia.
