Description:
The B.C. Securities Commission will host its next Registrant Outreach session to be held virtually on October 27, 2022 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
This session will provide an overview on client focused reforms; highlights from recent settlements and compliance actions; recent amendments to National Instrument 31-103 and issues from the field.
The information is relevant to all chief compliance officers, authorized firm representatives, ultimate designated persons, dealing representatives, permitted individuals, and individuals involved in the day-to-day registration and compliance functions and legal counsel of registered firms.
We would like to hear from you in advance of the event. If you have any questions related to the above topics or compliance in general, we will try to address them during our presentation.
