If you own a business that is looking to scale-up and plan to raise money privately from investors, we invite you to join us for a workshop with the BC Securities Commission to learn the essentials of capital raising for private and early-stage businesses.
This session will equip entrepreneurs and business owners with practical knowledge about the key capital-raising prospectus exemptions available to small businesses at various stages of development through an informative and easy-to-follow business case study.
