The BC Securities Commission (BCSC) Registrant Outreach Session was held on Thursday, November 6, 2025.
This session provided an overview on recent findings from the Annual Compliance Report Card, highlights from recent settlements and compliance actions and issues from the field. We additionally discussed the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the capital markets and the CSA Collaboratory.
