You are invited to join staff from the BC Securities Commission’s Corporate Finance division on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, as they present on topics of interest to public companies, their management, and advisers.

Experts from the BCSC’s corporate disclosure, compliance, mining, and legal teams will share their insights into how to comply with disclosure obligations in the face of developments in the law and the market.

This session will be valuable to public company executives, lawyers, investment dealers, accountants, and anyone with similar roles in the BC capital markets.

Attendance is free and refreshments will be served during registration and a break.

This session qualifies for continuing professional development credits from the Law Society of BC. Upon request, we will send a confirmation of attendance for recording verifiable CPD with CPA BC or other relevant CPA body.
