Southern Interior resident charged with criminal fraud after BCSC investigation

Vancouver – A Southern Interior man has been charged with criminal fraud, following an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Branch of the B.C. Securities Commission (BCSC).

Gordon Bruce Balneaves Fuller, 82, of Chase is scheduled to make his first appearance May 29 in Penticton Provincial Court on one count of fraud over $5,000. Fuller was arrested April 29 in connection with the investment-related misconduct that allegedly took place between 2017 and 2020 in, or near, Bridesville.

The BCSC would like to thank the Chase detachment of the RCMP for its assistance in this matter.
