The website of Ava FX was recently brought to our attention by a British Columbia resident.  On the Ava FX website, it says that the Ava group of companies, which includes Ava Financial Ltd. (Ava Financial) and Ava Capital Markets Ltd. (Ava Capital), are on-line trading brokers specializing in trading Contracts-for-Difference in currencies, commodities and indices.

Ava FX, Ava Financial and Ava Capital are not registered in British Columbia to trade in, or advise on, securities and exchange contracts.

We urge British Columbia residents to exercise extreme caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in British Columbia.
