Background:

The Financial Services Authority of the United Kingdom (the FSA) recently informed us that representatives of West Golden Capital (WGC) have cold-called United Kingdom residents and solicited them to purchase a variety of shares.

On its Web site, WGC claims to have an office at Suite 200, 4170 Still Creek Drive, Burnaby, British Columbia, but it is not located at that address. A branch of Regus Business Centres (Regus) is located at that office address. Regus has advised us that WGC is not a client of Regus.

WGC is not registered in British Columbia to trade in, or advise on, securities and exchange contracts.

The FSA has added WGC to its list of Unauthorised Overseas Firms.
