Loyal Financial Group

• The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) issued an investor alert on December 13, 2012, warning the public about a high yield investment scheme targeting Albertans. 

   The ASC issued the investor alert after receiving reports that Loyal Financial Group (LFG) had solicited investors using Internet advertising or news releases on public news wires for investments with purported monthly returns between 2 and 13.5 percent. 

   We are not aware of any British Columbia residents who have been solicited by LFG.

  LFG is not registered in British Columbia to trade in securities and has not filed a prospectus qualifying its investment offering.

   We urge British Columbia residents to exercise caution when dealing with firms that are not registered in British Columbia and selling unqualified investment offerings.
