• The Alberta Securities Commission and the British Columbia Securities Commission issued a joint Investor Alert on March 21, 2012, warning investors about what appears to be a ‘recovery room’ scheme that is reportedly targeting the shareholders of Medwell Capital Corp. (Medwell).

   Medwell shareholders in Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario have been solicited by a man identifying himself as Michael DeJuan, of NT Global.  NT Global purports to be located at Suite 1800, 130 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario.  That address is a virtual office address.
