On February 26, 2026, the Panel issued a Ruling on some preliminary applications. On March 27, 2026, the executive director made an application under section 171. The Panel issued its Ruling on April 17, 2026, and their Reasons for Ruling on April 29, 2026. On May 20, 2026, Mr. Lamarche withdrew his constitutional question and statutory interpretation application. On July 13, 2026, the executive director entered into a settlement agreement with Mr. Lamarche and discontinued these proceedings.
