On December 18, 2022, the executive director issued a notice of hearing. On June 21, 2023, Lamarche filed a notice of application and constitutional question. On September 8, 2025, the panel heard and granted an adjournment of Lamarche's application. The Commission held a hearing management meeting on September 12 and October 6, 2025 and will hold a further meeting on December 17, 2025 at 9:00am by video-conference. On October 22, 2025, Mr. Lamarche applied to adjourn the January 2026 hearing dates and on November 13, 2025, the panel adjourned those dates and issued their Reasons on December 1, 2025. The liability hearing will commence on May 20, 2026.
