On December 18, 2022, the executive director issued a notice of hearing. On June 21, 2023, Lamarche filed a notice of application and constitutional question which will be heard by the panel commencing September 8, 2025. The Commission held a hearing management meeting on June 4 and 26, 2025. Further hearing dates were set for the panel to hear submissions on other applications commencing January 27, 2026.
