The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) is publishing, for a 90-day comment period, proposed amendments to the Investment Dealer and Partially Consolidated Rules (IDPC) and Mutual Fund Dealer MFD) Rules relating to the harmonization of continuing education program requirements (the Proposed Amendments). The objective of the Proposed Amendments is to finalize harmonization of continuing education program requirements under the IDPC Rules and MFD Rules.
