Welcome to the BCSC complaint form, a place where you can easily and securely file a complaint. We collect information for the administration of the Securities Act.

We encourage you to file a complaint as soon as possible, if you think a company or individual has violated the securities laws of British Columbia.

For more information on filing a complaint and our complaint process, visit the Report a Concern page on the BCSC website.

By law, we may not be able to take action on your complaint if the incident occurred more than six years ago.

  • undo a transaction
  • give advice on an investment
  • give legal advice
  • negotiate a settlement on your behalf
  • comment on an investigation
