- TSXV – Notice of Proposed Amendments and Request for Comment
TSXV is proposing a new suite of managed co-location products. These products will provide traditional co-location services through an on-demand infrastructure environment. The proposed amendments include related fee changes.
As set out in the notice, comments should be delivered to the TSXV, with a copy to the Commission by March 2, 2026. - CIRO - Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) - Notice of Approval - Amendment of Approved Person Fees Component within the Annual Fee of Dealer Member Fee Model
This Notice announces the BCSC’s non-objection to proposed amendments to the Fee Model related to the Approved Person (AP) Fees Component of the Annual Fee of the Dealer Member Fee Model, revising the rate to $300 from $250 per AP of the Dealer Member. The amendments will be effective April 1, 2026.

SEDAR+ includes all CTOs for failure to file as well as CTOs found in enforcement decisions, settlements, and temporary orders from companies and individuals from BC and other Canadian jurisdictions.
