  • 25-102 - Designated Benchmarks and Benchmark Administrators [CSA Advance Notice]

    Multilateral Instrument 25-102 Designated Benchmarks and Benchmark Administrators (MI 25-102) establishes requirements relating to benchmarks, persons that administer benchmarks and persons that contribute data to facilitate the determination of benchmarks. This publication provides advanced notice of the adoption of amendments to MI 25-102, subject to obtaining necessary ministerial approval. In particularly, the notice relates to amendments to MI 25-102 relating to assurance reports required under the instrument. It is anticipated that the amendments will come into effect on May 5, 2026.

  • CSE - Canadian Securities Exchange – Notice of Approval – Public Interest Amendments – Proposed Amendments to CSE Listing Policies – Notice of Approval

    CSE will adopt amendments to CSE Listing Policies as set out in the Notice and Request for Comments published by CSE. With the implementation of these amendments, CSE will introduce requirements and restrictions related to market making activity where the activity will be carried out pursuant to a contract directly with a Listed Issuer. CSE is also making changes relating to Promotional Activity.
  • CSE - Canadian Securities Exchange – Notice of Housekeeping Rule Amendments – Housekeeping Amendments to CSE Trading Rules

    This Notice announces housekeeping changes to CSE Trading Rules to reference updated proficiency requires for a person acting as a trader on the CSE. These amendments align with proficiency requirements recently adopted by the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO).
  • CIRO - Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) – Request for Comments: Proposed Amendments – Section 5.4 of By-law No. 1

    The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) is publishing for comments for a 30-day period, proposed amendments regarding term limits of Independent Directors and the Chair (Proposed Amendments). The Proposed Amendments would extend Independent Directors’ term limits.
