Research, Track & File Exemption Applications
Following launch of SEDAR+, applications for relief from issuer regulations must be filed using SEDAR+. All other applications should be filed using eServices.For applications filed using eServices, use eServices to find exemptions & orders, research exemption orders, and to submit or track an exemption application.
For applications filed using SEDAR+, use SEDAR+ to research exemption orders and to submit or track an exemption application. You can also use eServices to find exemptions & orders granting relief from issuer regulations made by the BC Securities Commission on applications filed before launch of SEDAR+.

How do I pay for an applications I submit in eServices?
You can submit your initial documents online then send a cheque to BCSC by mail to:

Please note: a decision on your application will not be issued unless payment is received.
