Research, Track & File Exemption Applications

Following launch of SEDAR+, applications for relief from issuer regulations must be filed using SEDAR+. All other applications should be filed using eServices.

For applications filed using eServices, use eServices to find exemptions & orders, research exemption orders, and to submit or track an exemption application.

For applications filed using SEDAR+, use SEDAR+  to research exemption orders and to submit or track an exemption application. You can also use eServices to find exemptions & orders granting relief from issuer regulations made by the BC Securities Commission on applications filed before launch of SEDAR+.
