The Commission has made BC Instrument 45-506 entitled "In the Matter of the System for Shorter Hold Periods with an Annual Information Form" effective December 22, 2000. The purpose of BCI 45-506 is to extend the relief provided in BOR 98/7 entitled "In the Matter of the System for Shorter Hold Period with an Annual Information Form" pending implementation of proposed Multilateral Instrument 45-102 entitled "Resale of Securities". Concurrent with this Instrument being made and coming into effect, BOR 98/7 will be revoked.
