The Commission, together with other members of the Canadian Securities Administrators (“CSA”), is publishing for comment proposed National Instrument 71-102 Continuous Disclosure and Other Exemptions Relating to Foreign Issuers and a proposed companion policy. The CSA is also publishing for comment, under a separate BC Notice (BCN 2002/23), proposed National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations, related forms, a proposed companion policy, a local implementing rule and consequential amendments.
The attached CSA Notice describes where comments and questions can be directed. All comments received by September 19, 2002 will be considered.
