The two new policies would replace the existing mutual reliance review system policies. They set out proposed processes for prospectus filings and exemptive relief applications in multiple jurisdictions and the interfaces between the passport jurisdictions and Ontario for prospectus filings or applications under the passport system.

The CSA notice describes where you can direct your comments and questions on the proposed policies and repeals. The CSA will consider all comments received by October 30, 2007.
