The British Columbia Securities Commission, having considered that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest, orders that:

1. the attached BC Instrument 14-502 entitled “Reporting Companies Under the British Columbia Company Act and the Definition of ‘Reporting Issuer’ ” is made; and

2. BOR#89/8 is revoked.

Reporting Companies Under The British Columbia Company Act And The Definition Of “Reporting Issuer”

Designation Order under Section 1(1)

Every issuer that was a reporting company under the Company Act as of October 31, 1989 is designated as a reporting issuer under the Securities Act, unless

(a) the Commission issued an order under section 88 of the Securities Act, or its predecessor,that deemed the issuer not to be a reporting issuer, or

(b) the issuer has voluntarily surrendered its reporting issuer status under BC Instrument 11-502.
