BCN 2002/04 - National Instrument 55-102 System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) Required Forms [BCN - Rescinded]

The System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) is expected to be fully operational on Monday, January 21, 2002.  As of that date, insiders must begin filing their insider reports electronically on SEDI within 10 days of the trade, and issuers must begin filing issuer event reports.  SEDI is located at www.sedi.ca.

Effective January 21, 2002, the Executive Director of the Commission rescinds Form 55-901F (Insider Report).  National Instrument 55-102 System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) sets out the new insider report forms.
 
We have amended the Index of Forms attached to BC Policy 13-601 Required Forms to include Forms 55-102F1, 55-102F2, 55-102F3, 55-102F4, 55-102F5 and 55-102F6.  A copy of the amended index, which is effective January 21, 2002, is attached to this Notice.  

BCI 55-501 Filing Insider Reports by Facsimile is revoked effective January 21, 2002.  National Instrument 55-102, further information about SEDI, and the amended Index of Forms can be found at the Commission website, at www.bcsc.bc.ca.
