BCN 2003/38 - Respecification of BC Form 41-601F [BCN - Rescinded]

The Executive Director is today respecifying Form 41-601F Information required in a prospectus. We have added item 6.5 to the form to require issuers with oil and gas activities to include the information required by National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities if the issuer is subject to that instrument.
A copy of the new form is attached.
