NIN 2000/47 - Blanket Orders 51-502A (BC) and 51-503A (BC) Transitional Orders Relating To Former Alberta Stock Exchange Issuers, Former CDN Quoted Issuers And Former TSE Issuers That Are "New Exchange Issuers" [NIN - Rescinded]

BOR#51-502 (BC) replaced the original blanket order (BOR#51-501 (BC)) and provides to certain former Alberta Stock Exchange issuers broader relief from certain filing obligations than was provided under the original order. However, BOR#51-502 (BC) inadvertently failed to provide to former ASE issuers that were already reporting in British Columbia at the time of the merger of the ASE and the Vancouver Stock Exchange relief from “exchange issuer” obligations that had been available to those issuers under the original order.
The Commission has issued Blanket Order 51-502A (BC) Transitional Orders Relating To Former Alberta Stock Exchange Issuers That Are “New Exchange Issuers” to provide to that group of issuers the same relief from certain exchange issuer obligations that BOR#51-502 (BC) provides to former ASE issuers who became reporting issuers on the date of the merger. As BOR#51-503 (BC) was issued to provide to certain former Canadian Dealing Network quoted issuers and Toronto Stock Exchange issuers relief similar to that provided by BOR#51-502 (BC), the Commission has issued Blanket Order 51-503A (BC) Transitional Orders Relating To Former CDN Quoted Issuers And Former TSE Issuers That Are “New Exchange Issuers” to provide to certain former CDN quoted or TSE listed issuers relief similar to that provided by Blanket Order 51-502A (BC).
