The Commission, together with other members of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA), is publishing CSA Notice 46-302. This CSA Notice sets out the conditions on which we will consent to amendments to outstanding escrow agreements to permit the release of escrow securities on terms consistent with those described in CSA Notice 46-301 Proposal for Uniform Terms of Escrow Applicable to Initial Public Distributions.
