Commission staff, together with staff of other CSA members, are publishing CSA Staff Notice 13-307.
This Notice informs SEDAR users that CSA has approved a new version (Version 7.0) of the SEDAR Filer Manual, effective September 4, 2001. The related release of the SEDAR software, Release 7.0, will also be implemented on September 4.
Version 7.0 of the Manual reflects all material changes made to SEDAR since September 1999, and replaces Version 6.0. CSA Staff Notice 13-307 and the August 24, 2001 SEDAR Subscriber Update describe specific changes to SEDAR.
Version 7.0 will be available in September on the SEDAR website and on the websites of the securities regulators in BC, Alberta, Ontario and Québec. An electronic copy of Version 7.0 will be available on a CD-ROM later this fall.
