Commission staff, together with staff of the other CSA members, other than Québec, have published CSA Staff Notice 45-302.
This Notice announces that the CSA has published a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and CSA staff responses in respect of Multilateral Instrument 45-102 Resale of Securities. This publication is to assist industry participants and their advisors in understanding and applying MI 45-102. MI 45-102 became effective November 30, 2001.
The new FAQs and MI 45-102, together with its Companion Policy 45-102CP, Form 45-102F1, Form 45-102F2 and Form 45-102F3 can be found on the B.C. Securities Commission website at www.bcsc.bc.ca.
