The Executive Director has granted exemptions to Multilateral Instrument 31-102 National Registration Database (MI 31-102) and Multilateral Instrument 33-109 Registration Information (MI 33-109) to further extend the deadline dates for certain NRD submissions.

Substance and Purpose
In April 2003, BCI 33-509 was issued to exempt a person from certain sections of MI 31-102 and MI 33-109 that require the submission of a completed Form 33-109F3 or Form 33-109F4 in NRD format within 30 business days of the NRD access date if the person submitted the completed Form 33-109F3 or Form 33-109F4 in NRD format by September 30, 2003.

In July 2003, BCI 33-510 was issued to revoke BCI 33-509, extend the September 30, 2003 filing deadline in BCI 33-509 to November 15, 2003, and to provide exemptions from the requirement to file a completed Form 33-109F4 when there is a change to certain Form 4 information.

BCI 33-511 revokes BCI 33-510 and extends the November 15, 2003 filing deadline in BCI 33-510 to December 15, 2003 and March 31, 2006 and continues to provide exemptions from the requirement to file a completed Form 33-109F4 when there is a change to certain Form 4 information.

The exemptions apply to the following sections:

MI 31-1027.4
MI 31-1027.6

MI 33-1098.5
