Substance and purpose of proposed policy
As part of the transition to the new legislation and our goal to write in plain language, we have revised our hearings policy and related forms. Because of the revisions, the policy reads differently than the present policy; however, we have made substantive changes only to reflect our new legislation and commission decisions.
