NIN 88/43 - Form 20A - Clarification of Requirements [NIN - Rescinded]

Form 20A was specified under NIN#88/24 as the form of acknowledgment and undertaking required to be filed under section 128 of the Securities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 270/86 (the "Regulation").

Part 7 of the Form requires that an undertaking be given if the purchaser is a company. The requirement that all corporate purchasers give the undertaking is broader than intended. The undertaking need be given only if the purchaser is a company described in section 117(a)(ii)(C) or 117(i)(iv)(B) of the Regulation.
