The Commission is issuing Blanket Order #98/5 and Revocation Order #98/6. BOR#98/5 replaces BOR#96/5 and continues the relief, formerly provided in BOR#96/5, from section 127(1)(b) of the Securities Act to permit certain related party transactions between mutual funds and responsible persons with respect to mortgages. BOR#98/6 revokes BOR#96/5, which contained a technical error.
