NIN 99/35 - Publication of the Consolidated SEDAR Rule and Version 6.0 of the SEDAR Filer Manual [NIN - Rescinded]

British Columbia Securities Commission (the "Commission") is issuing a publication that contains
- the text of the consolidated version of National Instrument 13-101, entitled "System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR)", which includes the amendments to that Instrument (B.C. Reg. 271/99) published in the Weekly Summary of August 27, 1999 (NIN#99/33), and
- Version 6.0 of the SEDAR Filer Manual: Standards, Procedures and Guidelines for Electronic Filing with the Canadian Securities Administrators (the "Filer Manual").
Both the National Instrument and the Filer Manual, which came into effect on September 7, 1999, are also available on the Commission's website (www.bcsc.bc.ca).
