1 Section 5 of BC Instrument 51-509 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets, B.C. Reg. 251/2008, is amended in subsections (b), (d), and (e) by replacing “venture issuer” with “senior unlisted issuer”.
2 Section 2.1 of Companion Policy 51-509CP Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets is amended
(a) by replacing “venture issuer” with “senior unlisted issuer” wherever it occurs; and
(b) by replacing “non-venture issuer” with “senior listed issuer”.
