In the attached notice, the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) provide an update on the status of the TREATS initiative. TREATS is a joint project of the CSA, Market Regulation Services Inc., Bourse de Montréal Inc., the Investment Dealers Association of Canada, and the Mutual Fund Dealers Association, aimed at creating a framework for an electronic order and trade audit trail system.
