On April 20, 2001 the Commission published Advance Notice of Multilateral Instrument 45-102 Resale of Securities. Due to implementation issues that have arisen, the Instrument and related amendments to the Securities Rules have been withdrawn by the Commission from the Ministry of Finance and Corporate Relations. In order to resolve these issues, revisions will be made to the Instrument. Advance Notice of the revised Instrument containing a new effective date will be published in the Weekly Summary.
