BRITISH COLUMBIA SECURITIES COMMISSION
Effective November 30, 2001, the British Columbia Securities Commission made BC Instrument 45-516 entitled "Amendments to Multilateral Instrument 45-102 Resale of Securities" (the original instrument).
The Commission, having considered that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest, orders that effective November 30, 2001:
1. the attached BC Instrument 45-516 entitled "Amendments to Multilateral Instrument 45-102 Resale of Securities" is made; and
2. the original instrument is revoked.

Definitions
In this Instrument:
"MI 45-102" means Multilateral Instrument 45-102 Resale of Securities.
Interpretation
Unless the context otherwise requires, terms defined in the Act or the Securities Rules have the same meaning in this Instrument.
Order
1. Appendix D to MI 45-102 is varied by adding the following: "section 74(2)(11)(iii) of the Securities Act (British Columbia) if the right to purchase, convert or exchange or otherwise acquire was originally acquired under sections 74(2)(1) to (6), (16), (18), (19), (23) and (25) of the Securities Act (British Columbia) or sections 128(a), (b), (c), (e), (f) and (h) of the Securities Rules (British Columbia)".
2. Appendix H to MI 45-102 is varied by adding the following: "section 74(2)(8) or 74(2)(11)(iii) of the Securities Act (British Columbia) if the original security was acquired under section 74(2)(15) of the Securities Act (British Columbia)".
