TSX Venture Exchange Inc. - Recognition Order
On May 20, 2005, the Commission and the Alberta Securities Commission published an application from the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (TSX Venture) to amend its recognition order to revise the definition of independent director. We received no comments on this application.
On August 12, 2005, the Commission and the Alberta Securities Commission each issued an amended recognition order of TSX Venture (COR #05/084).
