As indicated in NIN#2000/41, the Commission is reviewing its existing instruments to find those that are no longer necessary. Since the project began in September, the Commission has eliminated the 108 instruments set forth in this BCN and in NIN#2000/41 and NIN#2000/48. Several others have been eliminated in connection with the issue of new notices or rules.
The BORs listed above will continue to be available in the Historical Documents Database on the Commission's website.
The review process continues and will result in more notices of this nature dealing with the remaining NINs, Local Policy Statements and Forms. We are also working with the other members of the Canadian Securities Administrators to identify and eliminate outdated or unnecessary CSA Notices and other national documents.

The Commission orders that BOR#88/3, BOR#89/10, BOR#95/8, BOR#95/10, BOR#96/1, BOR#96/7, BOR#96/8, BOR#97/4 and BOR#97/9 are revoked effective December 8, 2000.
