Staff of the B.C. Securities Commission, together with staff of other CSA members, are publishing CSA Staff Notice 13-306 - Guidance for SEDAR Users. We are publishing this notice now because May is typically the month that SEDAR receives the largest number of filings. The notice discusses the following important issues:
- maintaining accurate profiles
- removing duplicate profiles
- filing cover letters only where necessary
- paying filing fees via SEDAR
