As indicated in BC Policy 13-601 Required Forms, the Executive Director can require individuals and firms to use particular forms in particular circumstances. The Executive Director does this by specifying forms under section 182 of the Securities Act.
The Executive Director is today respecifying Form 53-901F Material Change Report to clarify that this form is filed electronically in most circumstances and to update information on how to file a confidential material change report.
A copy of the new form is attached. While the Executive Director's respecification of this form is effective today, the old form can be used until August 1, 2001.
