BC Instrument 91-504 Government Strip Bonds (the Instrument) provides relief from the registration and prospectus requirements for trades in or distributions of Government Strip Bonds if BC Form 91-504F or an information statement approved by the Executive Director describing the investment attributes of Government Strip Bonds is delivered to a first-time purchaser as set out in section 4 or 5 of the Instrument.
The Executive Director has approved the attached information statement for the purpose of the Instrument.
The Executive Director revokes BC Form 91-504F with effect from November 1, 2003.
