In the attached advance notice, the Canadian Securities Administrators announce the expected implementation of new Multilateral Instrument 45-102 Resale of Securities, its related form and companion policy, effective March 30, 2004. The new multilateral instrument will replace current Multilateral Instrument 45-102, which came into effect on November 30, 2001. The advance notice also announces amendments to some related national instruments.
