The Commission is pleased to announce that the Minister of Small Business and Economic Development has appointed five new members and re-appointed two existing members to SPAC for a term of one year effective April 1, 2005. They are:

Ali Pejman, Canaccord Capital Corporation
SPAC is a volunteer committee that provides advice to the Commission on administrative, regulatory and legislative matters affecting the securities industry in the province. SPAC members are appointed by the minister responsible for the administration of the Securities Act and may also provide advice to the minister.
