In the attached notice, the securities regulatory authorities in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Nova Scotia are publishing for comment proposed changes to the MFDA's Recognition Orders in those jurisdictions to extend the suspension of Rule 2.4.1 to December 31, 2010 to allow the MFDA time to develop a replacement rule.
