AND
IN THE MATTER OF THE REVOCATION OF BOR#87/18
Revocation Order Under Section 153
WHEREAS a Deputy Superintendent of Brokers issued BOR#87/18, dated March 23, 1987 (the "Order"), to provide registration and prospectus exemptions respecting the distribution and trading of Certificates as defined in the Order;
AND WHEREAS the Superintendent has received a number of enquiries about the Order from persons who propose to rely upon the Order in circumstances in which the Superintendent considers such reliance would not be in the public interest;
AND WHEREAS the Superintendent considers that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest;
IT IS ORDERED, effective July 4, 1995, under section 153 of the Act, that the Order is revoked for distributions of Certificates on or after July 4, 1995.
