IN THE MATTER OF THE SECURITIES ACT S.B.C. 1985, c. 83
AND
IN THE MATTER OF THE REVOCATION OF BOR#96/19
Revocation Order Under Section 153
WHEREAS BOR#96/19, dated October 10, 1996 (the "Order"), was issued to provide registration and prospectus exemptions respecting the distribution and trading of Optional Rental Pool Securities as defined in the Order;
AND WHEREAS BOR#97/1, dated February 3, 1997 (the "New Order"), provides registration and prospectus exemptions respecting the distribution and trading of Optional Rental Pool Securities and Resort Securities as defined in the New Order;
AND WHEREAS the Commission considers that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest;
EFFECTIVE April 1, 1997, IT IS ORDERED under section 153 of the Securities Act, S.B.C. 1985, c. 83, that the Order is revoked.
