BOR 98/12 - The Revocation of BOR#98/8 [Rescinded]

AND

IN THE MATTER OF THE REVOCATION OF BOR#98/8

Revocation Order Under Section 171 of the Securities Act

WHEREAS on August 27, 1998, the Commission issued BOR#98/8 to provide an exemption from sections 34 and 61 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 for a distribution to purchasers outside British Columbia, provided that the issuer distributing the securities satisfies certain criteria;

AND WHEREAS on October 14, 1998 the Commission issued BOR#98/11 to replace BOR#98/8 to expand the exemption to distributions of any securities to purchasers outside British Columbia, provided that the issuer distributing the securities satisfies certain criteria,

AND WHEREAS the Commission considers that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest;

IT IS ORDERED under section 171 of the Securities Act that BOR#98/8 is revoked.
